Horrible company to deal with! They are very efficient when you book a ticket, calling you day at night.. however, when you try to cancel the ticket purchased, even though you bought insurance for the ticket that’s specifies that you can cancel for any reason, the fun begins. You’re not going to get reimbursed. You’re not going to get a voucher, unless you pay them an additional $500. None of this stuff was relayed when purchasing the ticket. In fact the opposite was told.I think that this company is fraudulent! do not do any business with them.! I am in the process of taking them to small claims court!
So far so good, we'll see after the flights completed but I had Nolan as my advisor and I really liked his service and he understood what I wanted. He stayed on top of things, was patient and very friendly and personable.
Nate was my hero today! Ten of my clients travelling on SAS to Oslo in a few days suddenly had no seat assignments! I was freaking out and called him to find out what happened. He did some forensic work and got them reassigned...turns out SAS changed planes and cancelled the seats! It is impossible to work with the airlines, but Nate managed to do it!
