People love how simple the website is to navigate, praising the fast delivery and how helpful the team is when choosing the right items for their homes. Many consumers note that the door sweeps and weather seals are of top quality, fitting well and stopping mice effectively right away. It seems to be a good quality product. My husband needed to make modifications for our door but it worked out.

The tiny screws for the end cap are almost impossible to screw in. I also worked for several hours to try and get the self tapping screws to work. I tried on my metal kitchen door and also on my wood living room door. They will not drill in even with a small pilot hole. I was excited to get it, and was going to order another one. I am returning this. I am very disappointed, it was waste of time and money.

Prompt reship after address typo
I mistyped my address and UPS couldn't deliver my order. I reached out to customer service and they reshipped my order the next day. I was my mistake, but Xcluder came through when I needed them! I received my order today and used it to fix gaps under the siding left by a roofing crew where mice were getting in from the roof.

Issues with delivery. $$$$
I ordered this product and overall I’m very happy with the quality. The material itself is excellent and performs as expected. However, I was extremely disappointed to be charged an unexpected $400 duty fee upon delivery, especially after already paying approximately $300 for the product itself. For Canadian customers, these additional costs should be made much clearer before purchase. It would also be beneficial for the company to consider selling directly within Canada to avoid excessive import fees and surprise charges. The product is great, but the unexpected costs significantly impacted the overall experience.
