What people say

Milos P.

Milos P., the main contact, is super helpful. We use AI agents to make appointments for our clients, and when our clients ask, 'Hey, can you use Calendly?' ... No, but why???? ...Because we have tested it for 6 months, over and over again, and like you, we hate repeating ourselves. ENJOY! Cal Dot Com :-)

They No Showed 4 Support Calls

I have scheduled 5 support calls in the last week and Milos has only showed up to one call. Almost all no shows! We need help setting up the tracking connection between Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Cal.com. When I first asked for help he just sent a few support articles. I followed them but it didn't work. So he suggested a call. He no showed the first two. The third one he joined with another teammate, who helped me walk through everything but we didn't finalize the connection. We just need one more call to finish but the last 2 calls Milos didn't joined the call I booked on their calendar! It's so rude and unprofessional. The total lack of communication and care was so bad. Why should I use their software if they won't help it work?

AI wasn’t very helpful, app might have bugs

AI wasn’t very helpful. Waiting time for Millos was unexpectedly long. Otherwise all good. And I had a misunderstanding that “limit booking frequency” meant how many times this event can be booked by each person, instead of overall. Also the app has a bug that I couldn’t turn off the limit even after I pressed save after turning it off, for a few times. So maybe there’s a bug there. Glad I figured it out at the end using my laptop. Thank you for the help.

The only scheduling tool with a real app store

What sets Cal.com apart is that it's actually open. I integrated my product with their booking API (v2) and it was clean, well-documented, and simply worked — live availability and bookings behaved exactly as expected. Even better, they're the rare scheduling platform with a real, open app store: I was able to contribute my own integration as a pull request, and once a maintainer picked it up the review was fast and constructive. The open-source ethos isn't just marketing — you can read the code, build on it, and add to it. If you want scheduling you can extend rather than just rent, it's a great choice.

Excellent support during email setup and migration

I recently moved my business email setup and started using Cal.com for scheduling. During the process, one of my new domain email addresses was unable to receive verification emails because of earlier delivery attempts before the mailbox was fully active. The support team responded very quickly, identified the issue, escalated it internally, and resolved it within a short period. Communication was clear throughout the process. I also appreciate the flexibility of the platform, especially the ability to use a professional public-facing organizer email while keeping the underlying calendar and operational email account separate. This allowed me to maintain my existing workflow while presenting my business email address to clients. Overall, a very positive experience with both the product and the support team.
