The quality was very grainy. Everything looked distorted. I used the same files for a photo book, approximately the same size when printed, and it turned out beautifully. I will not use this company again. I also had no idea that the product would be coming from New Zealand since the invoice had a Chicago address. It barely made it before Christmas. It didn't matter since I was embarrassed to give it as a gift.

The pictures I took on my wonderful old Motorola Droid phone during our trip to the UK came out beautifully even when enlarged to 16 x 20. Buying one at a time when they go on sale in that size. Thanks so much, they are lovely.
The service was great, but I was a little disappointed that the printed photo lost some of the brightness that the photo has. It came out darker, so it doesn't have the impact that I thought it would. Also, the cropping tool on the web page is hard to communicate the exact area you want to appear on the face of the canvas and the image was shifted down from what I thought I had selected so it lost some of the image I wanted to be shown at the bottom and gave me more sky than I wanted at the top.
HAVE USED CANVAS FACTORY MANY TIMES. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ONE OF MY CATL. IT MAY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND STOLEN FROM MY FRONT DOOR WHILE AT WORK. PLEASED WITH ALL I HAVE
Did not realize order was processed in India, but the quality was good- the 12x16 was just shy of those dimensions, but I think I can make it work in the frame.

Still no product after three going on four weeks, multiple chats with CS, no progress. Thinking about refund.

The replacement canvas arrived today. Almost a month and a half after the original order was placed. CS still not particularly helpful. The actual product is good and what I was hoping for. Overall experience bumped up to a 3*.
