Ordered 5 prints large format for my…
Ordered 5 prints large format for my shop, 3 turned up....the other 2 have been missing since 19 Dec 2023, and have had to cancel the order now as it has disappeared into nowhere. The only repsonse has been for the last 3 contacts "We are looking into it". These prints are fo clients who i will now lose, costing me future business, So now an update...after advising you guys time and time again I want a refund based on non supply of the items...which you promptly ignored of course.....you finally organise the delivery...FOR THE DAY I HAVE THE COUNTRY FOR 3 WEEKS....BLOODY GENIUS. Now they will sit outside in the weather getting damaged or stolen. Have just opened a gallery that we were planning in getting filled by you guys....NO BLOODY WAY NOW
