Had a little trouble at first because my bank didn’t recognize an out of the country business. Canvas Factory suggested Paypal and it worked like a charm. I had an art show on Oct 7 and the delivery was set for the 9th. To my surprise, the canvas’ arrived on the 5th!!! Now that’s Customer Service! Thank you!

Great product and fast shipping

Great intuitive website. Uploaded my photo and saw the results instantly. Expected the canvas to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks and arrived in 1 week. Packaging was great and canvas print turned out awesome. Will definitely be doing business with this company again.

Easy and looks good!

Canvas Factory Rocks!

Canvas Factory, you aligned my picture up EXACTLY as I wanted it to be on my wrapped canvas art. I had played around with the cropping and placement and I was worried you would jog the picture during assembly but you did it EXACTLY RIGHT! If I had to complain about something, I would say my sepia tone could have been a bit softer...but that would be nit-picking. I'm very happy. (I did not get the $10 graphic artist check add-on.)

The art and frame all turned out better than I expected, since I had it enlarged quite a bit. It was carefully packaged and shipped, arriving sooner than I thought possible.

Great with unusual sizes

I wanted my print to be an unconventional size and Canvas Factory was able to do it. It looks amazing. Now I wish I had gone bigger. There is always next time.

The canvas is exactly what I wanted. It looks really good from just a photo on an iPhone. I really love it.

Poor quality pictures, very Grainy prints, but GREAT customer Service

I ordered 2 "traditional 8" format Acrylic wall hangings. The process to design and order the product was easy and great. I also purchased the extra designer service for both items. I was fairly disappointed today when I received the product. All of the pictures are very grainy, almost like they were printed off of a printer that was running out of color. I printed them off of my own printer at home prior to ordering them to make sure they looked good together, and the ones from my home printer, printed out better than the actual product I ordered. These pictures came from high resolution cameras, and it is the same visible graininess in every single picture. This is REALLY disappointing. I could get less grainy pictures printing them off from my printer myself and hanging them in frames on the wall instead. I will reach out to the company to see what they say. UPDATE 7/15/2023: I have sent photos of my received product to customer support at Canvas Factory and they are re-printing/sending my order. They were very prompt and professional in responding to my complaint. I will update my review again once I receive the new wall hangings. UPDATE 7/29/2023: I received our replacement wall hangings, and the quality of the pictures are actually worse than the first ones we were sent. The graininess of the pictures is even more prominent, and the pictures are even blurry now. I wish this review forum allowed me to post pictures so that I could show you all what I have been sent. I truly wish I was making this up, VERY DISAPPOINTING. Sadly, I will be requesting a full refund at this point. Good luck to you if you still choose to order acrylic prints from this company. The only saving grace was the responsiveness of customer service, hopefully that holds up when I request my refund! UPDARE 8/14/2023: I had resent pictures of my second set of acrylic wall hangings and customer service has issued me a full refund for the defective product without any hassle. I am saddened this did not work out, but very happy for the great customer service I received when it did not.

Great product, slow shipping to USA.

Canvas turned out amazing but, I was unaware that it would be shipped from Australia (I’m in the USA). Took about 2 weeks to be delivered. Support was amazing and very responsive.

DISASTER AVOIDED

I was worried that the filter I used to process my photo for enlargement was not going to work. I submitted it anyway and hoped for the best. Your people were quick to verify my fear upon review. I was contacted quickly with a suggested solution, and it was applied it to my photo with spectacular results! Not all companies have this type of customer service...I know from past experience. Will definitely do repeat business with Canvas Factory.
