there is no communication at all it sucks to have to keep calling just to get an update....and if it says order today have it in 2-3 business days why has it been over a week already?
Doing great so far wish I could track my package know when its shipped and time it’s supposed to arrive
i have called a nd emailed numerous times and finally talked with someone who said they would send me an email letting me know what I need to do to send them my computer to be repaired. I still have not received an email and this has been going on for three weeks. I have emailed their help email address and it does not work.
The young lady help me on the phone with my order.
I don't like paying for something without going over the specifics first.
I paid for my 2001 dodge ram 2500 computer to be shipped, repaired and shipped back to me and I have received an email stating I paid for it and should receive another email with a shipping label and instructions on what I need to do to get my computer repaired. I have called and left messages, I have emailed and all I get is an email asking me to fill out this review which I did not want to do until i received my computer and actually seen how well it worked. Well, I can't even get a reply to send it in so I am recommending not to pat for anything unless you get some information from this company first. I am not even sure if there is anyone answering phones or emails that is not AI. At this point nothing is positive with this company.
Have not received a shipping label after multiple phone calls. I have paid for the service to send in my computer for repair and am still waiting for the shipping label 2 days after payment was made. Update: I was finally able to talk to someone who sent me the shipping label. Mailed off my computer, they repaired it and shipped it back without another problem. It is working correctly.
Still testing. Not sure yet if this is working correctly. I followed all of the instructions that came with the new computer, but there are some issues that weren't there with the old one. Checking out every system on the truck. After further testing and driving in bad storms, I'd say this computer is up to the job. I'll be back if I need another one for another vehicle.
The website was quick and easy to use. It narrowed it down to the right part.
I called to another company blue streak yesterday the lady was very rude and just straight out mean didn't want to answer any question like simply how does this work. now I got the number from AutoZone because all three stores I visited didn't know anything about how to ship and that AutoZone doesn't ship anything from the store, so the manager gave me the number to call. anyway, I call car computer exchange, and Britney was very nice and helpful got me thru this and she is very much appreciated thank you Britney.

I have 99 Durango with 5.9 motor . I had issues with charging system . Found out from my mechanic the alternator regulator is inside of the pcm . I placed the order and received the pcm in a week . Everything works great now . I’m please with the order and happy that my Durango has more life to give . 1999 dodge Durango 5.9 l with 259000 miles
Ordered a PCM and said it would ship in 3-5 days. Ordered on the 29th of June. After numerous emails and complaints about not hearing anything I finally get an email on the 11th of July saying, all pcm's we tried didn't pass our testing. Have to order from main supplier. Will be another 3-5 business days for them to receive and another 48hrs to ship after that. This usually means they don't have one and can't find one but they'll keep trying to drag you along.
I was looking for plug and play PCM for our customer's car. Called these guys for questions very helpful. Got the PCM in 3 days. No program needed. Very happy with Service.
