I ordered on July eighth did not…

I ordered on July eighth did not receive till July twenty second then it was not in full functioning order and then was told it would be 7 to 10 days before I received a refund wish I had gotten it somewhere else I need this vehicle repaired for my daughter to get to school thank you very much for your time maybe you will do better for the rest of your clients Randy Moore

I order a PCU unit for a Chrysler…

I order a PCU unit for a Chrysler minivan, I provided all information requested and they sent the unit. The PCU was installed the next day as to their instructions but van would start and then shut off while all dash lights came on. I let CCE know this issue and they instructed me to have dealership or another mechanic come out and reprogram. I had the Chrysler dealership come out within 2 days but after about an hour the mechanic had lots of issues with connecting to the unit and determined the PCU was bad from CCE and provided me the paperwork to send to CCE. I let CCE know the issue and I would need another unit sent, this is when they started getting squirley telling me the dealership isn't able to do this and I need a locksmith instead as they are blaming the key. Well the key works just fine, locks unlocks and communicates. All the codes report a bad unit as they have the paperwork from dealer. They said they wouldn't make a determination until they received the unit back and tested it and then decide if they would replace it. I don't have this time so I said I'm just going to return it for a refund as their refund policy states within the 60 days and buy another from someone else. Now they are just making up a new policy that the unit needs to be returned to them within 5 days of me receiving it not their stated policy on their website which says they need to be told of the issue within 5 days which I did within 1 day. These guys a pure scammers, don't buy from them. I understand that companies don't refund until they receive the defective part, I told him that's fine but I needed this part asap so if they can't send me one I will buy another from somewhere else and they can just refund me after they receive the unit. But this isn't good enough for him so he changed his policy to tried to say that even if I get it back within another 2 days I would have a large restocking fee and $125 testing fee. So the refund is basically nothing. SCAMMERS!!

Been fighting crazy

Been fighting crazy, erroneous crank sensor, cam sensor, different shift solenoid codes, limp mode for a week. No starts. Next day starts, runs 5 seconds. Then never starts. Finally traced problem to TCM. Ordered replacement. Received 5 days later. Installed. Everything has worked perfectly for 5 days. Excellent, prompt shipment. Excellent results.

This sight or company is ligit!

I had taken my 02 Dodge to my Mechanic and usually he fixes the computer problem, we'll this time(only the 2 time) the people don't do them anymore, so I had to pick up my truck and was going to get rid of it until I ran across this sight, long story short, paid for the computer, took a lil time, not on there part but you give them the VIN numbers and I installed it and now I'm back running, O dont forget to send your core in 7 days or you pay the full price!

Never would send a order confirmation…

Never would send a order confirmation or sales receipt said it would be out in 5 days and it would be shipped Waited a week and still no order confirmation or sales reciept after they charged my card Talked to two people and neither could get me the receipts or order confirmation Asked about computer and said it would be out in a week Got brushed off Said the supervisor was busy

You did exactly what you said your…

You did exactly what you said your company would. I received the PCM Part but my car is performing worst than before I switched my PCM for yours. It is cutting off and losing power three times as much as it was before. I installed it the same day Thursday when it came, drove to work Friday just fine. Drove home from work and it stopped halfway home. Saturday morning it stopped 4 times on the way to work and none on the way home. I am afraid to drive my car. I don't know what to do, all the diagnostic test say that it is the PCM. Could the PCM that I received possibly be not a good one?
