The customer service representative, sadly forgot her name, was excellent and worked with me step by step through the entire process. Another great job by CardsDirect - super easy order process, the cards came quickly and they look great. I love that there are options for cards stocks and sizes - you can be as budget-friendly or extravagant as you want. And the self-stick envelopes are the best! The only thing I'd add is the availability of special characters (registered trademark, for ex) in the customization screens. At this point, you have to request them from customer service. Otherwise, CardsDirect is my go-to!
