Horrible experience

Horrible experience! First of all, years ago buying the car I was scammed into buying a faulty car with no warranty. I paid it down until I could sell it. I scheduled 2 different appointments that were cancelled by Carvana because they are severely understaffed. I had to pay to get the car towed an hour away to their location and had to wait 45 min for service. Horrible company horrible service. I tell everyone to avoid Carvana at all costs. Wish I never did business with them.

I was disappointed in my actual pick up…

I was disappointed in my actual pick up time as 12:45 and the scheduled time was 9-12. I was late for a meeting so that was not ideal. I would have preferred to be contacted sooner to be notified you were running late. First call was 11:43am to let me know would be arriving at 12:35am. Once the driver arrived, the process went smooth and the driver was efficient. I feel a credit for the pick up fee would be fair.

Stay away…

They have the worst deception policy I've ever seen they have the nerve even when you have good credit they want 30% to 32% down on a car which is average of 10% any place in this country bad inspections on cars and call you day and night they are horrible I will never use them or try their site again and Lending Tree you should be ashamed of yourself for even back in these people you're not looking into what these people are charging extreme they're hurting the country

Purchase was never received

Purchased a vehicle and insurance on the Carvana app. Received delivery dates and was rescheduled on the day of delivery TWICE without any explanation. After waiting for nearly a month and after being rescheduled on the day of delivery for another week I decided to make my purchase with another company.

I would give a minus rating if I could

I would give a minus rating if I could. I would discourage anyone from using the pre-order feature with Carvana. It isn’t a money issue. I was happy to put the 100.00 down for a vehicle that I really wanted. It was stating there is a 3 step process the vehicle goes through before your exclusive review. 18 days… sometimes not that long and sometimes a few days longer… I was ok with that too. However, after the vehicle I selected remained in first step of 3 step process for 37 days with no communication at all and couldn’t get anyone to speak to me on the phone regarding it… I cancelled… something just didn’t seem right… so, watched the vehicle… within just over 3 minutes, the vehicle that I had on pre-order and in first step of process went into purchase processing. Feels like an intentional, perhaps inside job. I will never put my trust in Carvana again. Buyers beware… My wife, my son and I all purchased vehicles previously from Carvana and we all had some issues… some serious… some not so much. I should have let that be my red flags. We all sold our vehicles a little over having them for a year. Im so disappointed in this company.

Very smooth experience with Carvana. Very easy to get the pick up appointment within a day. They give you fair market value for your car which others may not. The tech guy was very courteous and gentle while testing the car and she explained everything very well. Highly recommended to anyone looking to sell their car.
