We received dozens of refurbished computers for our school and they are a great company to work with! Even though we did have a couple of issues; one was a license key that needed to be replaced and another was a delivery driver that needed to deliver after hours, CDI sales and billing handled it expertly.

Their products are good quality and their warranty is hard to beat. It is rare that one of their products fail, but within the warranty period we have no concerns.
