Our Tech Sales lead goes above and beyond

Our tech sales lead, Barbara is an awesome! She does extensive research to find products that fit our needs while also finding the best prices too. She uses a deep bench of talent to help us through configuring and deploying the technology we purchase from CDI

We are a large school district and…

We are a large school district and needed secondary devices for our robotics teams. We ordered refurbished laptops for each team to use to program their robots. CDI delivered very nice refurbished Dell laptops and the price was right! Well done. Teams seem happy with their devices. The 3 year warranty is EVERYTHING. Thank you!

Lack of response almost a year`s wait!

We had been in contact about getting licensing and protections set-up on our school`s devices for months. The process was started in March/April of 2018; we were not fully set-up with licensing and protections until February/March of 2019! Why! Because we were not informed 2x that our sales rep had changed! All the dealings I had with our 2nd sales rep were great, productive and helpful, and then between when we licensed and GoGuardian was added another new sales person. This was beyond poor! Bad communication and I can't help but wonder if this is why you lost 2 staff members during that time frame.
