I purchased a ticket, and they did not send a confirmation. Several hours later I received an email telling me my purchase did not go through and they would refund me in a few days.

I cancelled tickets I payed 850 sgd for 1.5 months prior to the actual trip. I was prepared for a small cancellation fee perhaps or a full refund . Turns out, they only give you 14days from the day of purchase to cancel your tickets without cancellation fee. Otherwise, you PAY FULL. It’s a scam company that has dumb little rules that you would never check when booking. Never using again !! It’s a complete fraud . Save your TIME , STRESS and MONEY.
Felt cheated
Booking went well until you informed us that the seats were cancelled due to technical problems. You knew that before and was not mention prior to booking. This is CHEATING. We will definitely not use this service in the future as we travel alot. Will inform our families and friends too NEVER to use you. If we have known we will book ghe airline directly as price was not cheaper at all. Good bye forever.

Flight tickets are cheaper
Pros: Flight tickets are cheaper compare to other sites. Booking through Visa and Mastercard is free. Con: Getting eTickets is very poor process, after 24hrs also I didn't received ticket after that when I call to customer care I received ticket. Compare to other sites they provide us eTickets within just 1-2 minutes. Need to improve in this category.
My reservation seats are missing
Please note I have paid the extra charge for the seats but the HK Airline didn't reserve the seats for me. I would like to request a refund for the seats I have paid.
Worst booking site if you need to change date. stay clear
There is no call center. the bot is not responsive and there is no way to change your flight date. when you send the change form it says it will take 5 business days and yet no one contacts you. this is the worst site I have ever used.

Successfully received the refund
Con: It did not show the surcharge when I paid the ticket so the total price is bit more than I expected. Pro: The flight was cancelled by Lufthansa, and I applied for a refund after the trip. I successfully received the refund through CheapTickets.hk. Official emails were sent to follow up on the refund process, which eased my mind.
Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service when there is change in flight by airline. They wont even try to assist you to get refund when the airline more then willing to do so. it is just a simple filling a refund form at airline website. Instead they just insist it is non-refundable without checking with airline. I used other agent and when similar situation happened the managed to assist within a day for the similar case.

Extremely bad. Book luggaue originally and just got the email they cant book for luggage but still book the air ticket. And no real customer service. Very very bad
