Dear,We understand that you were able to find cheaper flights online, however, it is also important to note that making a new booking and making a re-booking, are two very different things. It is entirely possible that the flights you wish to change to were cheaper when buying a new ticket, however when changing your existing reservation to these flights for there to be a difference in fare to be paid. It is important to note that every ticket also has a unique set of conditions concerning the airline who owns the ticket. This means that oftentimes, airlines will charge their own penalty for a change, as well as collect any fare difference.

Kayak redirects me to cheaptickets.hk when I try to search the cheapest tickets. I advise that in order to achieve fairness every customer (especially customers who are redirected to cheaptickets.hk through other online booking sites) should be allowed to add back the promotion code when the booking is not older than 2 days. I believe every customer should enjoy the same rights which are not only limited to the customers who directly make the booking via cheaptickets.hk. The reason is cheaptickets.hk is the company which finally offers the tickets to its customers and earns the money, hence it should treat every valuable customer fairly and equally.

We are sorry that the voucher code is only applies to the booking which booked directly from our website. The promotion mechanism is different with the partnering parties eg Kayak.

I have brought the flight tickets on 18th of March. And I have chosen all the seats for me and my friends, but we could not see the seats on the website of Emirates. We received the ticket fast but till now we have not receive any response to our query at this time we are not sure if we will have any issue during departure.

This is the first time I am using this cheap ticket website. Could be better and more user friendly if at guarantee, insurance, car etc where there are ticks for us to uncheck - i could not uncheck and accidentally paid for the ticket guarantee. There is no field for refund but have to just live with my mistake by paying the $58.53 for ticket guarantee. BTW what is ticket guarantee? First time heard of this!

Prompt and safe transaction, but some basic customer's enquiries are not answered on the spot, and customer has to contact airline direct. This is the case of Thai Lion Air's charge for check in luggage, which is quite a fundamental information.

It is weird sometimes when I buy 2 tickets at the same time, the fare is more expensive compared to buy an individual one ticket; when I buy one ticket, the fare of 2 tickets then cheaper than one ticket, it is so annoying！
