Surprising, i got to know hers is being cancelled cause airline rejected the booking. So it’s not guarantee even booking is confirmed cause there is a chance to be cancel. Have encountered some difficulties on the payment page with error message saying invalid credit card expiry date. Checked out the ticket several times, filling and re-filling personal information several times before successfully proceeding to pay.

Can select my seat before payment?
Cancellation and changes fees charged by the airline did not specify stated before booking. Confusion in the cancellation/changes flight fees of HK$100.
It takes forever to get through to their call center and they have the most irritating waiting announcement, I gave up after half and hour waiting and getting a headache. Please note that they will process your credit card payment in the Netherlands which will incur a cross border fee on most credit cards. This is not stated anywhere on the web site. So you book a ticket departing from SIN in Singapore dollars on .sg web site but the payment is not acquired in Singapore. Nice surprise cheaptickets!
Doesn’t work on Laptop at all, it’s not so easy to book from Cheaptickets.hk. Payment not flexible enough, Only pay by VISA free of charge (Why not Master Card as well?)

Flight ticket price is good but hotel price is expensive
They will misspell your name and then charge you extra to fix the spelling. This is not a "hidden cost". EDIT: For some reason they say the spaces aren't accepted by airlines, even though I've been flying all over the world for 20 years. Hope it works out.

Overall fine but the management of the site should not assume that every female is Mrs. And should provide an option to choose the Salutation.
Flight check in and details regarding the cross airline carrier communication was a disaster. Normally you can check in with one and straight through. This was not the case - domestic flight to first airport only. Had to run outside and back inside to check in counter to check in for the next flight (international)

The price is good but the website need to be improve
I wish there was a site like this where they didn't try to upsell you so many added extras...even the quality of service they offer you. Shouldn't you offer me great service just to get my business? I tried to find a site that didn't do that but couldn't. Shocking to me that I can't even select a horrible seat without paying extra. Other than that, everything went smoothly.
Straighforward booking but when request change of flight the charge was quite exhorbitant. Cost to change return leg was 44% of the 2-way return ticket. Quoted airline charges but when I check the airline charges, it was no where near to what was quoted.

It is entirely possible that the flights you wish to change to were cheaper when buying a new ticket, however when changing your existing reservation to these flights for there to be a difference in fare to be paid. It is important to note that every ticket also has a unique set of conditions concerning the airline who owns the ticket.
