Hi, All airlines accept the title MISS/MRS in the booking without any exception and allow you to fly.
The tittle will only be used to establish the gender of the passenger and the marital status will not effect the ticket validity.

Hi , each ticket have its own ticket fare rule. For cancellation of this ticket , the airline penalty is HKD 1600 Per passenger and our service fee is HKD 775 Per passenger.We apologize for the inconvenience, but we need to stay as per airline fare rules. Thank you.
I was not informed that the tickets I booked do not include baggage until I have paid for them. I had to spend another 15% on top to buy the baggage allowance from the airlines directly. The total cost turned out to be more expensive than buying the same set of tickets directly from the Airlines themselves. Bad experience.

Those options with luggage allowance will be more expensive than those without luggage allowance. Many airlines nowadays do not include free luggage allowance. Thank you.
I chose Cheaptickets.sg over sites due to having the lowest prices. However, every time after the Cheaptickets site finish loading, there will be a message that state tickets for selected pricing no longer available. Kinda feel cheated because I chose due to the lowest price but in the end it the same as others.

Hi, upon checking your booking, it is made via optimisehk. This means that voucher code is not able to use as the promotion price and mechanism is different.

We would like to share with you that there are some criterias on using the discount code
Last night I booking flight via Cheapticket.co.th. Everything normally until finish payment. Money debit via Master Card already, but not have any confirm email from Cheaptickets. it shown 1.01 components.checkoutSummary.paymentResponseStatusCode.description-1.01
Then I send email to customer service, they reply to me in the morning that my booking is fail and they refund my payment already, but It's take around 5-10days for proceed.
So, for everyone that booking via Cheapticket.co.th and got a message like me. Please understand that your booking is fail, so you can booking again via other way. They will refund to you, dont worry about it.
For Cheapticket.co.th, I think you should have 24hrs call center service. It will make more confident for your future customers.

I bought a return ticket of Vietnam Airlines without knowing that the first leg is not entitled for checked baggage due to some recent change of ticket tiers for some market (my case Singapore to Hanoi). Your website didnt highlight that change to me and I only found out that when I received the ticket. I called you just to learn that you cant do anything but only the airlines can help though I am a frequent buyer from you. And when I called the airlines they said it should be you because I didnt buy from their website. So now I am in an awkward situ. Only 1 thing positive was your fast process but i definitely think twice when buying from you.
