Amazing Company and products. First class presentation all tubs, bottles and gift boxes. They all smell devine and beneficial from first use. I have used shampoo, conditioner, serums and hair masks from Christophe Robin. They have everything you need for your particular hair concerns/needs. E asy to use, you only need a small amount so it is great value for money. The shampoo and conditioner rinse out quickly. The results are visible. People compliment me on my shiny,soft hair.

I have very thick hair, which requires a lot of conditioner, so when I received this product in one of my advent calendars, I was more than suspicious. However, it is amazing and really does allow you to wash and go with amazing results. It has made a huge impact, my hair is the most shiny, soft and fabulous it has looked in a long time, even when I have been to the salon.

Was sent the wrong item. While customer service responded in a timely fashion, I was never sent a returns label and the returns portal didn't work. After about a dozen messages I was finally issued with a refund. I do love the CR products but will order from John Lewis in future.

I love the product I bought. Infact I ordered it again...but the box came tampered with
I ordered a replacement off another sight and reported the package abused from christoph. It asks if u want a refund or replacement . I said refund because I had ordered from another site. The girl wrote back and said she was sending a replacement. She totally overlooked what I said and asked for. As I said the product is excellent but customer service ruined it for me

When they didnt refund me They sent a replacement . The replacement came today with conditioner all over the box and the bottle completely empty. I feel like this was done on purpose.I wrote them and they ignored me .They owe me a refund from the order I never got ..because this replacement was garbage .
