I'm satisfied with the products that I received but you haven't sent me the refund for the unavailable items.
In my previous experience with companies that don't refund straight away they normally never do.

Ordered the sea salt scalp scrub gift set for myself as I have struggled with scalp psoriasis for AGES and nothing has worked. Scalp scrub is absolutely incredible! Every shampoo I've tried and I've tried a lot didn't give a great clean and really great shine like all from christophe robin, wish they smelt stronger.
Saw the products I ordered in a Sunday colour supplement so thought I'd give them a try. They arrived in reasonable time and have only used them once. Will know better if they do what they say on the bottles when I've used them again.

Easy to order and arrived on time, as promised. The items were well-packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The products are first-rate. I work in glass-houses and my grey hair takes a battering from heat, dust, sweat and sap, but the products leave it clean and retaining its natural curl.

Don’t trust this company they scammed me!
It’s been over 3 months and this company will not return my items. I did not even purchase the items it took over $100 usd out of my bank 2 weeks after I wasn’t even on the website.
When that happened I contacted Christophe robin right away and they said it couldn’t be canceled because it was already packed and shipped, I don’t understand how that happened in 3-6 minutes it took me to contact them.
I then get a email 3 days later saying my order is delayed like what? Surly they’re not being serious.
Anywho I reach out to them again to cancel it save me the hassle of having to return it then I don’t get a reply for 3 business days, enough it seems so the item could be shipped. They then reply to me saying sorry we can’t cancel it it’s been shipped, they give me a voucher code for free shipping to return the item given the hassle, there’s no where to put the voucher code and they keep asking me the same questions such as “what’s not working exactly?” The voucher box is at courier checkout” back and forth no one actually helping me!
28th of may I contact the company on instagram, it’s exactly the same thing it’s not working there’s no voucher box, at one point they even said they don’t offer free delivery on unwanted products then I had to

I’ve been gaslit and scammed by this company maybe if I was French they’d actually help me. Anyone going through similar issues needs to contact fair trade in their country and the European Commission.

I bought the hydrating shampoo bar. It’s very overpriced, it is so hard to cover your hair and wash it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t wash my hair very well either and it often looks like I have not washed it at all.
On top of it, the amount of emails they send with marketing is shocking.
I would not recommend this product.
