Amazingly fast delivery! Plus the added bonus of it being free delivery. Also there were lots of little free gifts. The products are fabulous. My hair is extremely dry and brittle, due to colouring, I bought the hydrating leave in spray (bought this twice before) it leaves my hair feeling super soft and healthy looking. I've tried many other products on my hair, but none come anywhere close to this

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a package 2 months ago that I never received. I have since then been wasting my time back and forth with their customer relations team who are completely unable to find resolution. At first I wanted them to send the package but I have of course since then found an alternative so I just want my money back.

It hydrated my hair but my hair didn’t change colour at all, no difference. Very disappointed, i did expect at least a slight change for the money spent and the advertising.

**Update** Liam if you read it properly you will see that I didn't place an order in the end so don't have an order number to give to you. Tried to order online for the first time, had a welcome code and as my order was over £30 should have had free standard delivery however £2.50 kept being added, tried to contact customer services, after finally getting through to a person, ended up on hold for 5mins when she said she would be 2-3mins, I tried to chase her with no response, very disappointed so will search for the product I wanted from other outlets.
