An order I'd arranged for click and collect to the post office was never marked as arriving so I raised a ticket. I'll note that thehutgroup is the only company I use click and collect for because they have a terrible habit of not delivering orders. A few days after having raised my ticket (with customer service having done absolutely nothing to help) I located the package at the post office myself so I messaged into the chat to say I now had the order.
Bonakele then replied and clearly hadn't read the message because they sent a template that asked if I'd received the order to which I said I'd already confirmed this.
Lindokuhle then jumped in and clearly did not read any of the messages either. Lindokuhle had the nerve to message asking for a trust pilot review and also specifically asking to be mentioned by name.
I'd not have bothered to post a negative review if Lindokuhle (who, by the way, had not been involved at any point prior to asking for a review) hadn't had the nerve to ask to be mentioned by name. But a review was asked for so a review has been written.
Edit: Customer service replied underneath asking me to respond to their message. I received a message asking me to provide the order number which I did. I have received no further communication. A cynical person may believe the comment from customer service was only placed there for public perception.

My fine, limp, pin straight hair was getting me down because I couldn't do a thing with it. This shampoo is game changing! I couldn't believe what a huge difference just a shampoo could make! My hair feels fuller and bouncy. There is zero residue or grittiness, just very soft and balanced hair. Amazing.

Love this scalp scrub, best product I’ve ever used.
Received a small tub in a beauty subscription box and it was that good I invested in a huge tub!

It smells lovely, and the scent does hold very well on the hair. I could smell it as the wind blew while out and about shopping.
It is drying though, therefore I have stopped using both the shampoo and conditioner. I will probably mix it with my other products to use it up, or save it for emergencies only.
And you need an awful lot of the shampoo to feel clean as it doesn’t spread well or foam.

Pack problem. Shampoo very good but pump does not work at all
Shampoo very good indeed but pump nozzle on pack will not operate at all. I have to dismantle to get shampoo out?

Whilst the products I ordered were not right for my hair, the company were very good at responding to my messages and concerns offered me a full refund for the items.

Pleased with my Order, all intact except one of the Rose conditioning Sprays arrived without a cap, it had leaked a little,bottle was slightly sticky so i have kept that one for myself and the other items are good so I can give them as little pressies.

I've had multiple issues with discount codes from this company not working as promised. Despite receiving promotional codes for their hair care products, they consistently failed to apply at checkout. I contacted customer service and was told the codes didn’t work because my basket included discounted items or bundles. However, I provided a clear photo showing that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, they didn’t take any further action to resolve the issue. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
