Excellent communication throughout and the watch arrived exactly as described. The dealer was professional, responsive, and accommodated my requests during the transaction. Packaging was secure and the watch was in very good condition. The only downside was the shipping experience with UPS, which was less than ideal, although this was outside the dealer's control. Overall, a very positive buying experience.

Over all the transaction went perfectly, no problems. My only concern was that the item description was misleading which meant that I had to purchase extra bracelet links to get the watch on. I suggested a refund of 50% of the cost of the links as a matter of good will. This matter was not followed up by your customer services.

The viewing and buying process was easy from the App Delay from purchase to receiving the watch was irritating. As was getting a VAT bill after agreeing a price. Partially my own fault for trusting an app and not then spending an hour reading small print when buying an item!!!!
