Ben is a lifesaver. I just got home from traveling and USPS did not leave a notice that they attempted to deliver my lights while I was out of town. I never would have known they were waiting for me at the post office if he hadn't followed up with me via email to let me know that the delivery had been attempted. I currently have my lights in hand and they are beautiful!! Absolute legend, this was above and beyond customer service. I am so grateful ♥️

I have brought a few watches through Chrono24, all my purchases have gone without a problem. Chrono24 does a very good job of vetting the sellers and keeping your money secure throughout the process.

I experienced some issues with the watch itself, after receipt. Although I was able to reach out to the seller, finding out what kind of support I would be eligible for from Chrono24 was a little opaque.

I must be up to about 6 watches bought on chrono24 by now. I have never had a bad experience with a seller, private or dealer. And even if I did, the escrow service is there should I have a problem. Although I have never tested it. Never needed to.

This means the recipient can deny delivery even with tracking and proof from the courier leaving the seller out of pocket and without the item! CHRONO24 IGNORED ALL EVIDENCE & WILL ONLY LISTEN TO THE BUYER!!! COURIER COMPLAINT ESCALATED & UPHELD THE DECISION THAT IT HAD BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED! INDEPENDENT OMBUDSMAN UPHELD THE DECISION IT HAD BEEN CORRECTLY DELIVERED! CHRONO24 IGNORED ALL EVIDENCE AND REPAID THE BUYER! BEWARE!!!
