Really bad customer service from this…

Really bad customer service from this website, they take days to reply to emails regarding £3000 watch and also let fake watches sell on their site unfortunately. Would definitely avoid

Great watch, very good transaction.

I think the most important thing to me was your reassurance of authenticity, the escrow system and your approval of the watch dealers involved. Otherwise I would not have risked such a large sum. On the downside was your answer to questions about import of crocodile skin straps and customs could have been more useful. Also I arranged with the dealer to pick up the watch in person, but you sent me, probably an automated message, to say it had been shipped to me. I had to contact the dealer in Geneva to confirm this was not the case and that my driving from UK was not in vain. Otherwise a good experience and I’m very pleased with the watch.

Significant Problems Buying via Chrono24

I'm currently having significant problems getting a refund from Chrono24 for a watch I purchased from one of their sellers ivshc, in Hong Kong, which is defective and came without a warranty card. Both the seller and Chrono24 appear to be ignoring my messages, which are just asking for clarity on a return address for the watch so that I can get a refund. Chrono24 holds the customer's money in their escrow account for 14 days after a purchase, and customers allegedly have 14 days after receiving a watch in which to cancel the transaction. I've emailed Chrono24 several times in the last few days and received no reply from them. I'll update this review if the outcome improves. At the moment, it seems that Chrono24 are the only one's to gain by holding onto customer funds. And I may well have to raise a dispute with MasterCard and my bank if they are unwilling to honour their stated guarntee of customer protection. Order TC-13153827

This purchase was my first for a watch of this value, plus I was dealing with someone I never met previously. Having the support of Chrono and the reassurance about my funds gave me reassurance and I m pleased to say everything worked out very well. Boris who I dealt with throughout was great. He ensured that the process of delivery was resolved. Whenever I had a question Boris dealt with the Handling Agents Fed Ex who I found slow in the delivery process. The watch itself was very well packed and I'm delighted with the condition of the watch and the accompanying paper work etc. I will hope to use Boris and his Company again in the future and recommend this Company if you are thinking to make a purchase.

First time using chrono24 and the…

First time using chrono24 and the process was very smooth and easy. The escrow payment feels very protective and takes away the worry about not receiving the goods. I would absolutely buy again using Chrono24. Obviously it is a marketplace and it requires the seller to be as good as gold - in my case the seller was top notch - "The Watch Philosophy" were fantastic.
