They need to change their returns policy. They made it very difficult for me to return my purchase just because it wasn’t suitable for me. My advice to anyone buying from this site would be don’t do it unless you are certain you will not want to return it.

Ordered fabric samples for bridesmaid dresses wedding early in 2025, very pleased with fabric quality & colour. Customer service contacted me ASAP when they spotted an issue with my order. Returning to order 6 dresses very soon
