I like the style and comfort. However i notice the quality of leather is lower now and even a pair I ordered recently was to steep so that the seams broke very quickly. Hopefully this bad experience is an exception. My last order is satisfactory with that regard.

I love the shoes. However I tried contacting your customer service with questions and never got a response. I like having some hints as to fit when I mail order. I’d like to get more shoes in the future but I hope I can get info from your customer service before I order next time.

My first time ordering from Clae. The pair I ordered is the vintage line that comes with nice brown colour and beautiful design overall, which suits my age and all occasion wear. Comfort level is on point. However I don’t like the material used for the trap as it makes it quite hard to tie and easily pull off while walking. If this could be improved, it would make a perfect pair of shoes.
