What people say

They succeeded where I had given up hope.

Excellent service! They succeeded where I had given up hope. I am very impressed with the service provided by Click2Refund. We experienced a 10-hour delay on our flight from Barcelona to Buenos Aires with Iberia, and honestly, I had completely given up hope of receiving any compensation. I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did. I want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Scott, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and kept me updated. I truly recommend their services to anyone dealing with flight delays—they are reliable, efficient, and definitely get the job done!

Delayed and later canceled flight

I was so distraught when our flight was delayed as I was connecting in Turkey. As soon as the plane took off, I received an email that our connecting flight was canceled and we were given a new date which was the following day. On arrival in Turkey, we were promised a hotel as this was their mistake only to find out I needed a visa to be able to be to go to a hotel. I walked around that Airport until my feet hurt as we were directed from desk to desk, and my little was so tired he sighed and laid flat on the floor. I requested they fly us back to Manchester, which they did. I missed a lovely holiday which I had planned well in advance. On arrival back home I gave Boris and his team a try. Literally the good news came yesterday when he emailed me for my bank details and hurray! I received my refund. Has your flight been delayed or canceled? Give Boris and his team a try. One thing I will advise you to do. Be patient and let them get to work!. Boris thank you very much! 😊😊😊😊😊😊 By the way this happened August last year (2025)and I recieved my refund 2.2.26. So, really you need patience.

Easyjet flight cancelled with no…

Easyjet flight cancelled with no reasons given and no help whatsoever in trying to find an alternative flight or offering accommodation. I tried to claim directly but was told I had no claim so went to Click2Refund who were super helpful. It took a long time - 6 months - not Click2refunds fault, but Tim was really helpful and we got there in the end. Would definitely use their services again and would recommend.

What a waste of time with Click2refund

What a waste of time with Click2refund! I filed a KLM claim and spent months receiving the same recycled updates—"we've escalated to legal," "we're applying additional pressure on the airline"—that amounted to nothing. The case was eventually closed because the delay was caused by "extraordinary circumstances" (snow at Schiphol), which exempts the airline under EU261. The problem: that snowstorm was widely reported in mid-February, with cancellation numbers published in the press the same week. If weather was always going to defeat the claim, a competent service flags it at intake—not after stringing the client along for months pretending to fight a battle that was never winnable. Either they didn't do basic research until the very end, or they did and kept me waiting regardless. Neither is reassuring. For comparison, AirHelp resolved a previous claim of mine in roughly two months, one way or the other. Click2Refund delivered only delay and a final answer they could have given me at the start. The "no win, no fee" model means I lost no money -just time and a few months of false hope. ### Further info and update: Click2refund tried to cancel my review claiming that it constituted "advertising". They were successful in putting it offline for a while. I appealed and got my complaint back online. If they try similar strategies with your review, do appeal for restitution of your review!

This site is absolutely legitimate

This site is absolutely legitimate. After battling United for legally required €600 for cancelled Frankfurt flight, I had exhausted my options. But after the simple submission of info to Click2Refund, my agent Boris was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the loop about their efforts. After 6 months that was leading to threats of legal action, United crumbled. Click kept 28% but was reasonable based on their efforts. Totally satisfied.

Delayed Flight Compensation

Got what I was expecting - they charge a fee (29% which they let you know about in advance so it is not a surprise) and give a timeline of 4-6 months. It did come through and I received compensation for a delayed flight back to London. Airlines can be tricky so they did well in my opinion to get it and I was delighted.

After encouraging us to proceed to get…

After encouraging us to proceed to get a refund, sent all info to them, they reviewed, went ahead with solving" the claim, everything turned into silence and there was no response for months, even when politely asking for a resolution. The two flights were a nightmare from many points of view, each of them and the two together - delay, re-routing, flight change - and then technical problems that lead to another delay, each flight just minutes short of the legal penalties but the total delay very substantial - so not an easy case that might have been resolved directly with the Air Company by anyone, enough reason to hope that this firm would be able to do more than a direct approach. Here are a couple of e-mail extracts: Dated October 2025: "Hello ...., I hope we are in good hands, we just read some positive comments about your work with the company that you represent. Please give us an update on our file, it’s been a while now and an update would make the wait easier. Regards" - Dated February 2026: "Hello X..., Please let us know the status of our claim. Short response. Just to make sure you are handling our claim and respond to our e-mails, regardless of the resolution at this time. Looking forward to your response," All of the above made me publish this with the hope of getting a resolution (and possibly help others). This is a follow up and a clarification about the above review, following their latest recent email from of a person from the Legal Department, attempting to change the reality of the facts, saying: "In this particular case, the main issue appears to have been communication-related, as some of our emails ended up in your spam folder. This was beyond our direct control"; I quoted them again directly from what they wrote to me X... said: "Unfortunately, your recent emails were directed to my spam folder, and for that reason I was not able to respond to you in a timely manner" I wrote back to them: The difference between the two realities above makes it sound like I would be responsible for not checking my spam folder and not your company's representative. X... stated clearly that my e-mails were directed in her spam folder. She admits that and then apologizes for not seeing my e-mails, saying that my e-mails ended up in her spam folder, and now you are saying that X...'s e-mails were directed in my spam folder and this is simply not true. Here is a new "communication" problem indeed, my review is exactly about that, now reinforced by the latest email from the Legal Department that simply stated that I was the one not checking my spam folder. Even worse than the initial communication" problem. Communication is not dissociated from the general experience with a company, it is an essential part of it.

I had a very positive experience with Click2Refund. My flight was delayed by more than 4 hours, and I contacted them. From there, the process was handled entirely by their team (Boris) in a very smooth and professional manner. They took care of submitting and following up on my claim with the airline, keeping the process clear and stress-free for me. Thanks to their persistence and efficiency, I successfully received my compensation. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness, transparency, and the fact that they handled everything end-to-end. I highly recommend Click2Refund to anyone seeking reliable support for flight compensation claims, and I am especially grateful for the excellent assistance I received.

I was almost 4 hours delayed on my flight back and knowing the experiences of the people that had similar situations involving that flight company which refused all their refund I searched the web for solution. Click2Refund was one site that got my attention. I gave them a chance and they delivered I couldn't ask for more. They were very helpful, cooperative and patient.

Thank you to Jamie who handled my 5 hour delayed flight very efficiently. I was very stressed as I was flying for a family incident. Took a couple of months to come through ... however Jamie did keep in touch and chased the refund so alls well that ends well.
