I have paid over $4000 to have our tax case taken care of. No one has emailed me or called us back and they said they were in litigation. I feel like we’ve been defrauded.
UPDATE: Marco immediately returned my call the next morning and clearly laid out what we needed to accomplish to move forward. He was polite and very professional. He also informed us a point of contact would be updating us every three weeks per their guidelines. I appreciate the attention to our case and his professionalism.
