Patsy has been nothing short of amazing! I filled out the information 3 days after getting engaged back in October 2025 and once she called me, it was like Love at first sight! We clicked instantly and starting referring to each other as best friend lol! She felt like home and has been the best since our first hello! We had a great experience working Amy Cate for our Cancun destination wedding in March 2026. She’s very personable, responsive, and helped us narrow down resorts that fit our vision. It was especially reassuring that she frequently visits the resorts she recommends, which was incredibly important since we were choosing a venue sight unseen for such an important day. She handled guest room bookings and airport transfers, and even upgraded our transport as a courtesy, which was a sweet treat. One of the reasons we chose Destination Weddings was the incentives offered, which were a great bonus. The only complaint we received from our guests was delayed response times for room changes, but that was mainly due to the resort. Overall, we appreciated Amy’s support and guidance throughout the process and highly recommend her!

I’ve been working with patsy and I cannot say enough good things about her. She has been responsive and engaging through every interaction. I had an unexpected turn of life events that made me have to change the date of my wedding at the very last minute and Patsy was there to help with everything. My coworker got married in Mexico in 2024 and recommended Destination Weddings to me when I mentioned we might be considering. Since there was no cost to us, I thought it might be too good to be true, but we had the absolute best experience with the company and with our assigned travel agent Andrea Coots. In the early stages of planning, we had no idea what country we wanted to have the wedding, let alone which resort. Andrea worked with us to figure out what kind of vibe we wanted and made multiple rounds of resort suggestions until we found the right one. In our case, it ended up being a resort we would have never heard of or found on our own - and now one that our friends and family absolutely LOVED and that we plan to return to again and again in the future. Andrea specifically was a dream to work with throughout the planning process, which for us was close to 18 months. She is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever communicated with and made sure that we had all of the information, support, and assistance we could ask for throughout the wedding planning process. Our wedding had ~75 guests who all booked through Andrea and we heard the same positive feedback from them through initial bookings, room changes, name swapping, and more. We had veteran travelers and very inexperienced travelers in our group, and she did a great job handling everyone’s requests and giving them what they needed to feel comfortable. For anyone considering a destination wedding, I would HIGHLY recommend using Destination Weddings and would recommend working with Andrea - she is the BEST and we plan to work with her again for trips in the future!

My nephew and wife booked a destination wedding at Sandos Caracol in Quintana Roo. First time experience for me to attend a wedding from the states. The moment Sue Allen took over our reservations, things were very clear, timely, and every question was answered. Right before our travel time she sent a very thorough email about what to expect. We were fortunate to have a great flight experience there and back at all airports on American Airlines (a shout out to them as well.). The experience at Sandos Caracol went smoothly, was fun and so easy. The food was great. Would I book again with Destinations Wedding? I most certainly would and I would ask for Sue Allen again as well.

We cannot recommend Sandy Patrzykont enough as a destination wedding travel agent. From the very beginning, she made the entire planning process feel organized, clear, and stress free. She handled every detail with care and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, which was especially important for a destination wedding where there are so many moving parts.
