They didn't like the wording on the prescription and told me just to call the VA to have them change my prescription. VA doesn't work that way. Agreed to refund me. But they still haven't initiated the refund. Glad I used PayPal - with buyer protection.

This was the 1st time I ordered from Direct Home Medical (DHM). I didn't know what I needed as my child needed a nebulizer ASAP. My representative (Annette) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I didn't know I needed an Rx to order one and I was at work, so she provide a link to send to my child for a secure upload. I will only be ordering from SHM for any of my needs going forward. Price is not an issue when you have such help. BTW, they had the best prices too, found a coupon for a discount, etc. - to boot. Somehow after placing a one time order in November 2025, Direct Home Medical signed me up for a recurring subscription for the same items to be shipped every 6 Months! I would NEVER have signed up for that!! In trying to resolve the error, I was advised that in order to be credited the $82.41 that my credit card was charged on 05/29/2026, I would have to pay to return the unordered items at my expense! This is a scam that I will make as many people aware of as possible. There are reputable medical suppliers out there. Direct Home Medical is not one of them!!!! Buyer Beware!!!

The order came fairly quickly compared to most companies in this category. But I ordered a mask/set up and it did not function as was stated. So, I needed to return item, I had to pay $8.95 to return a defective product. I will never use them again.
