The gentleman that helped me with my order, top notch
But your staffing levels and the relocation is not helping to get orders out
Add to that Fedex has their head up their ass, im not happy
Usually i get orders in 2-3 days. Its been a week with no delivery date yet, rant over

Hi Mike,
Glad I could help get your order squared away. It looks like your package was delivered this morning via FEDEX, take a look and see if you're able to track it down. Thank you for your order.

Hard to find part was found here. I have a Propex HS2000 furnace in my van. The connection is a British thread 1/4 inch female and I needed a 1/4 inch male thread BSP (British Thread) with a 3/8 male on the other side to connect to a BBQ propane line. After a seaching locally I hit the web and found these guys. They had it. Shipped quickly and now I have auxiliary night time heat in my van again. Thanks!!
