I ordered a gift for Christmas and it shipped on Dec 6th. It is now Jan 18 and I have reached out twice. We have not received the package. Responses were automated for the most part and asking for questions I already provided answers to. And now they refuse to refund me for a package I never received. Completely unprofessional and would advise all to not use this site for anything. Disgusting.
