If I could give zero stars I would. The shipping took a ridiculously long time but that’s neither here nor there. Check your sizing. If you get a small, it WILL NOT be in the shape you choose. The graphic printed onto it will be the letter, but that is it! I’m glad I added some other nicknacks to my niece’s gift but this was just blatant false advertising!

Super easy to navigate and find delightful items, I found what I was looking for easily. There are many great options to choose from, especially personalised items. I love shopping with drawmade, honestly one of the best online stores you could wish for! And they send to my country which is amazing. Well done Drawmade team, you are doing amazing. Over 6 weeks to be delivered
Ordered an item on 16 Nov which was a Xmas present. Website said it would take 5-12 working days to ship. It took a lot longer and item didn’t arrive until 29 Dec. Emails with customer service were met with bland, stock answers and at one point I assumed I’d been scammed. The item isn’t as big as what I ordered and quality isn’t great either. Avoid.

Stay away from these clowns. You dont get what you order. You put in a name and these chinese idiots write something completley different, and the blame you as the costumer for putting in the wrong name! They take no responsebility AT ALL for anything. Very bad costumer service.

Purchased 2 items around 20 Nov as Christmas gifts which should be plenty of time to ship. Had zero information until 20 Dec when advised it was just being shipped and would be another 12 biz days (I.e. delivery in 2026). Despite numerous attempts to request a refund, I was given responses without any regard to the issue. At this stage, I am unsure if the items turn up at all and are a scam! Do NOT buy from this site.

The worst online order experience
I don't usually order online unless from Amazon. However, I saw the Drawmade ad on FB Reel and it was attractive and I thought my grandchildren would like it. I took a risk and placed two orders. When I received my first order on Dec 14, 2025. I was so upset and disappointed. What I received is a total distoration from what it advertised. The online order form asked for the size of the initial and I chose 21 cm and thought it would be sufficient. Disappointedly, the entire pillow is 21 cm. It was so small and it would be embarrassed to give it to anyone regardless this is for my grandchildren. I emailed to Drawmade and expressed the dissatisfory and requested to return for a full refund. At the same time, I requested to cancel my second order b/c I knew for sure that it would be the same disappointment. I pointed out the trick on the online order form and of course, they denied it. I am so upset that I have to deal with it before Christmas. The compay has 60 days return and refund policy but the customer service did not mention it at all. I had never been so upset and disappointed with my online purchase. I do not recommend it to anyone with Drawmade.

A family member uploaded pictures of me to this site for a gift without my permission ... before I received it DrawMade began emailing and texting me products featuring those pictures of me and I thought I had been hacked. They have been told to delete reference to me, and have not. The emails do not provide an unsubscribe option. If that wasn't enough, the quality of the product that did arrive was very poor.
