At first I was hesitant to try…

At first I was hesitant to try DressLily because I'm always hesitant to get clothes online. But the cuteness of their swimsuits won me over quickly and their prices sealed the deal. I love that my new swimsuit fit me perfectly, that it covers everything so modesty, and that I feel so comfortable in it! (So comfortable I forget it’s a swimsuit sometimes haha). Their delivery wasn’t the fastest, but I didn’t pay to make it faster. The suit looked exactly how is appeared and was described online. And again, the sale price couldn’t be beat.

I love Dresslily!

I have placed a few orders and been pleased with everything I received. The clothes are great quality and fit great when you pay attention to the size charts. Even when I had a shipping issue, Dresslily made every effort in a timely manner to fix it. It ended up being a delay on our local postal service, but Dresslily was willing to step up to assist. I recommend Dresslily to everyone who will listen. The clothing is cute and well made. Well done Dresslily, you have a customer for life!

Quality and affordable products.

It was my first time ordering from Dresslily and it won’t be my last. Their product is made of quality fabrics and they have the cheapest price on the market for what I have shopped before. Better than expected

Okay, so I just shopped on DressLiliy for the first time. I read a mixed bag og reviews before doing so, so was a bit anxious about what to expect.. Well, I am overall very pleased. I ordered four items a week ago and received everything in the mail today. I am based in the UK atm and made sure to keep my order less than any amount border control would tax.. So maybe that has been beneficial for the delivery time. The bikini fits perfectly and is of a pretty decent quality, same with a sweater top. The £2 lace bralette is also a perfect fit and is probably going to be my new favourite. The only thing that wasn't super great was a sweatshirt/blouse type garment that just runs really small (even though I ordered a size up) and has ridiculously short sleeves - the quality is also pretty flimsy but as can be expected for a £7 top.

Dresslily is my favourit store to shop from a long time, during my experience with them as a shoper and as an influencer I tried a lot of products from them and their quality surprised me each time they really look as original items from big beands. The team in their service is so helpful, the prices are are really low esprcially when there are discounts, the shipping period is as mentioned, I love the wide arrange of items they have in the store you can find everything, I am satisfied with my experience with them.

I can see why so many people are…

I can see why so many people are annoyed but you get what you pay for. Yes the material is very thin so take that into account when you purchase. I have bought about 15 items, mainly for a holiday and they are plus size and look great on. The sizing is a bit out as I ordered all in UK size 18 and some where a tad too big.

No Complaints

I had previously read all of the poor reviews of DressLily, and as such I considered not ordering from them, but their inventory is just so adorable that I chose to roll the dice and take my chances. I decided to order just one piece, and made sure to select one of the cheaper ones, as a sort of experiment. I picked out an absolutely adorable holiday-themed dress that, with shipping, came to a total of $15 USD. I was willing to gamble that much to see what kind of experience I would have with this company. I also used PayPal to process my payment for extra security and protection. Well, I am happy to report that my experience was EXCELLENT. I ordered my dress on Aug 3, and it arrived on Aug 10. One week to the day, which is much faster than I expected. I was able to track the entire journey online. Shipping was processed via DHL until it reached my local post office, where USPS took it over for delivery. As for the dress itself, I do agree with others who have said that the quality isn't great. However, given the price, it's about the quality I expected so I'm happy with it. Not to mention that it's a holiday dress, so I'll only be wearing it once or twice a year. I will also mention that the cut and fit was perfect. Also, the dress arrived in a RoseGal bag, so evidently it is the same company. I have already picked out the next dress I will order from DressLily. I will continue to cautiously order one dress at a time until they give me a reason to stop giving them my business. :)

I enjoyed most of what I bought

I've been ordering from this site for a few years now. They have trendy styles for petite people like me and for tall/slim people like my husband. You need to know how to shop there in order to get the right sizes and shipping can take a while but I've always gotten everything I ordered. 95% of the items fit perfectly and the ones that didn't I could fix easy. Overall it has been a good experience.

Pleasantly Surprised! Will order again.

Ordered 3 swimsuits and a necklace recently, all arrived today and they’re awesome! The only problem I have is the bottoms being a little big as I am different sizes for tops and bottoms, but it’s not so much that it’s a problem. Items are as described and quality is what I would expect for the price, I wasn’t expecting designer quality but the items are not low quality at all. After reading negative reviews (after I ordered), I was worried but I am pleased to say that I love everything and will order again. Additionally when my shipping was showing as invalid customer service responded to my inquiry in less than 24 hours and got it all sorted out. Delivered two days ahead of the initial estimated date, can’t complain!

Interesting designs but lacking a little in quality

Website is a bit misleading. Quality didn't really reflect the price. Button didn't fit in the hole. Customer services pretty quick to respond and resolve though.

Dresslily is one of my favorite online store, I always find so many great stuff there for me and my husband and also so many great decoration for my home. Shipping is also very fast, I received all my packages in 2 weeks. I really never have problems with Dresslily. Simply great for me.

I really like their clothes but…

I really like their clothes but unfortunately the item I received was a little too big and sizing was just a bit off on this item. I love the dress Though. Very pretty and comfortable. And customer service is excellent to work with. Fast replies and very helpful.

Wonderful company

Wonderful company. I ordered 2 swimsuits. One I loved the other had broken straps. I contacted customer service and was immediately offered a full refund. No waiting. No hassles. I love a company that stands behind their products. Will definitely order with them again.
