I like the food. My dog also likes it However several times a couple of weeks after I receive my 6bags of food, I get an email saying your order is on the way. I am not on your subscription plan. Several times I have been quite explicit that I better NOT see more than two charges on my visa. Today I get another email. The food is terrible
The food is terrible, followed all directions for switching from their regular food. Wouldn't touch it and I had to throw away several meals of regular food with Dr. Marty's. It is expensive and when I contacted them the agent told me to do what I had already been doing and wanted me to keep the product and keep trying for the full 90 days. I said no. I was offered a 30% refund. If I wanted to send it back it was on my dime. In frustration, I settled for the 30%. So now I have $60 of food left that they hate. I had high hopes for this company.
I’ve added the food to Luna and IO’s…
I’ve added the food to Luna and IO’s existing hills science diet food and give her the treats daily. Luna and IO have both responded very well to the good and treats. Luna is a very delicate Morkie and so far her response has been amazing. No loose stool with blood. My only complaint is the price.
Useless at getting correct info
I have been consistently advised by this company that they do ship to Canada and have placed numerous orders. Only to be told a few days later that my order is cancelled and refunded. And then informed 'oh no, we can't ship to Canada'. I was even given a special link to order for Canada. Their customer service is appalling, this is constant misinformation and alot of my time and money wasted to try and order their products. They sure do excel in sending an obscene amount of sales spam into my inbox though.

My dog loves this food……he is an extremely picky eater….was a real problem going thru food after food…..but I did finally find out he likes yours best….dry! When I added water he would eat but not with gusto….i tried it dry……and wallah!, ate it up.. SO FAR SO GOOD!

I love the subscription feature. My dog loves the food. The only thing is she still has itchy skin…. But over all a good product. Just wish it was cheaper as we can only afford it as a topper. She is a big Dog so my husband cooks meat and veggies for her and we top off her meal with your food. 1/2 cup morning and night.

Both of our dogs love this food. I used this as a topper for both dogs for a while but the 13 tear old got so that it seemed painful for him to chew hard kibble. We started feeding him just the Dr, Marty's for his meals. He used to not be interested in food but since using the freeze dried he is waiting for me to put the bowl down.
