We ordered a tank that was to go in a laboratory and requested that the cleanest one be sent. I was told that they couldn't guarantee that it would be pristine, but they would do their best. We received the tank a few days later and it was in immaculate condition. We really appreciate that they listened to our request and that they went above and beyond for us when they didn't have to. We will definitely order from Dultmeier again!

Sales was very helpful… however, delivery lacked important information. We were needing the delivery ASAP and it was delayed because we were told we needed a forklift to take it off of the truck. The truck would not go back to where we lived to deliver it and then I asked myself why did we pay so much in shipping if it wasn’t delivered to where we asked it to be delivered to. So not only was the shipment delayed and had to come back for us days later we had to prepare to take it off of the truck ourselves, we had to find someone to be able to do that at the time of delivery since my husband works during the day. CRAZY! Might I suggest that IMPORTANT Information like this be relayed at the time of purchase so that we can prepare and not have a delayed shipment and scrambled find someone that’s off of work to be able to help.

They are very good on the phone.
They did have great product options.
They ultimately delivered on the order.
However there's still customer service / communication that need to occur between initial sales and delivery on site.
Imporant steps like your shipping cost will be X dollars, are you ok to proceed? Not just charge a random number without prior notification. Another important step of your shipment is on its way and will arrive on X day approx X time and not just show up randomly.
