Izzy was quick and accurate
Izzy was quick and accurate. The chat didn't show images of the EaseUS Ad I was referencing, and following the links on the ad never led me to the product at it's correct price. Only the link sent by izzy worked. Pretty shady advertising but nice recovery by Izzy in chat.
The Disk Copy software works well, but it does not clean up after itself.
The Disk Copy software works well. Nice and simple. Cloned a couple of SSD onto larger capacity drives. It appears to be a "portable" application, but it copies a load of files to your HD and there is no easy way to find or remove these afterwards. To remove: Restart the PC, to make sure that the app is not running. Then navigate to the hidden folder C:\ProgramData\. In there should be an EaseUs folder which can be deleted. These files will of course be on both the source disk and the cloned one.

Does what it says, support is good, but subscription is misleading.
Information on site was a bit misleading. I thought i was signing up for 1 month free trial but then had to purchase subscription anyway. When I needed assistance, Fiona, the support person was great, knowledgeable, and helpful. The software seems to be doing what it is supposed to. It was just very confusing to set it up initially.

Just downloaded have yet to try product but (will update review after trying it out) wanted to come on here and make sure they get a get 5 stars for the top notch customer service. I have a Mac but accidentally purchased the windows version and so could not set up Mobiunlock and thought I was screwed. but then Chris from support came through and went above and beyond and got ne the right activation code in literally a few seconds. now I'm up running butnwanted to show my love to EaseUs support and customer service. ESPECIALLY CHRIS! give that man a raise! How you treat your customers I believe correlates to how good your product is so I'm excited to give it a try. thanks again!

The free trial is a bait and switch
The free trial is a bait and switch. You'll wait for it to run a bunch of processes and then after an hour it will say you need to upgrade. I was only trying to transfer a 50MB application and it said I exceeded my limit ha. 50 MB is nothing. HOWEVER, I did pay the $65 for the upgrade and IT WORKED. I transferred my 18 year old MS office to my new pc.
got version 13 of Partition Master
I am grateful that the customer service guy, Felix, installed version 13 of Partition Master professional. However, it took nearly 2 hours to get there, after a lot of 'to and fro'. Felix was not able to sort out the licence problem with my version 10.8 update to version 12.9 So, I think I should have been offered Partition Master professional edition version 18 [the latest one] with free lifetime use, not the 1 year licence....... I am not convinced that version 13 has all the parts to it as did version 10.8
