A great product delivered with style.
A new bungalow, needed something to soften the interior. The Easyplant range is broad, advice about each plant excellent. The pot the plants come in are in a variety of bright colours. The water reservoir is a brilliant idea. I also bought stands and when I had one faulty a replacement was sent off straight away. A great product backed up by great service.

Big dishonest scam
Paid extra for a large plant and plant stand. €200 total. Plant arrived in good condition but is much smaller than promised. Company promised hassle free returns but instead is insisting that I jump through hoops and prove my disappointment with photos and tape measures. I have no time for this. Customer service is entirely AI generated and unhelpful. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!

Lovely orchid
This is the sixth Easyplant that I've ordered for myself (as well as giving a couple as gifts). I remain quite pleased with each plant that I've ordered and this orchid is no exception. It arrived looking great and in very healthy condition.
