Originally I left a poor review because a) I wasn’t happy with plant that arrived and b) I didn’t get a response from customer service
Since that critique I have had a lot to do with customer services and they have been marvellous and have supplied a much more acceptable and healthy looking plant
So no complaints at all

I have bought multiple plants from easy plant and they are absolutely perfect! I dint have a green thumb, i have a black thumb of death and used to struggle to keep plants alive but not these! They really are as easy as their name implies. Even repotting was a no-brainer with their repotting kit. On top of all of this, they have an amazing customer service team who go above and beyond to help. I cannot recommend this company enough! Their plants are worth every single penny.

I had a plant that was not doing well despite following the care instructions. I sent pictures and chatted with the team and they sent me a brand new plant of my choice! And it arrived 3 days later!!! Incredible customer service and I highly recommend 🩷🩷🩷

I really admired how well the plants were packaged for the shipping process- all 4 were delivered beautifully.

They were delivered in good condition and well packed
I debated getting even one plant because of the cost but then with a sale I decided to go for it. I did get 3.
I do have some new leaves now so I hope they will continure to grow.

A great idea!!! Plant is a happy camper in my bedroom window. I set my calendar to water every month and that makes it easy to remember. My only question is will it get bigger and if so how do we repot and keep the same watering system?

Every plant was doing great. But ont succulent died. Don’t know why because all the other plants are doing fantastic. But I replaced it with a medium orchid plant and it’s wonderful on my table. Will buy more for my girl’s next. Love my plants. Started getting plants in April 2026
