I used wrong credit card to purchase so that i lost cash back from my correct credit card promotion. But cosmetics has no cancel order option Unless u call Customer service. I don't want to call so i just didn't cancel the order But i lost cash back from unable to switch back to use my correct credit card.

Initiating shipping is slow. Disappointing that I was charged a shipping fee at all and they decide to us DHL?! Really, if I am paying for shipping do better. Also, don’t ask me for a review if your want 5 stars before I even receive the product - not a good idea.
