I guess that since I'm a returning customer things were very easy but basically I was able to get another loan with like few basic questions answered through chat or text and it was probably one of the easiest and most streamlined transactions I've ever had. It's great to have a company like this in your back pocket for those times when you need them. And there's no prepayment penalties so it makes it really nice to have someone like this in your corner. Very friendly staff.

I spoke to someone today who could barely answer anything and either this person/company is in on it or they messed up by not authenticating my identity. Identity theft is REAL.
