Hi Adriana, we apologize, to change/edit animal information, all you have to do is just email us at support(AT)emotionalpetsupport.com and we can send you the form to describe the edit/update. Sometimes, we understand that mistakes happen on the exam upon submission, and we do our best to not purposefully put in wrong animal information on your behalf. Apologies if mistaken, we offer refunds if denials happen, we don't just fulfill requests and ignore people. We've refunded many people who've had any unfortunate outcomes/difficulties.

Hi Regina, thank you! Yes, they've change the rules on that, but they do allow Psychiatric Service Dogs and we can help patients fly with their PSDs on board airplanes.
