1. Changed my mind about using this 3rd party site. But was unable to delete my incomplete application and personal information. 2. Contacted their IT help desk for assistance deleting my personal information, they never responded. 3. Noted on my application that I did not want to be contacted. Now over the course of several weeks, I have been contacted three times by their "customer service reps" to see if I need assistance completing my application, but for a discount. 4. From what I can tell, based on their lack of response and continued phone contact, you cannot delete a partial application. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was deceived thinking it was a government site. As soon as I received a confirmation email and saw what Entry really was, I went directly to the US Government website and filled out my application properly. I emailed Entry about this issue and my security concerns since they have my information...also, I dont need two passports. Anyway, they responded right away and canceled my order and refunded my $245. I was pleased with their prompt reply. I was so scared and nervous that my information was going to a scammer. It wasn't a scam. Just not what I thought it was, not the government site. Just a service site. I am relieved they fixed it and refunded me immediately.

There phone number doesn't even work or connect at all when I call. I didn't realize they weren't the proper channels to go through for a passport renewal, only a third party. When I realized I was paying way more than I would going through the proper channels, I tried reaching out to cancel. Per their cancellation policy that shouldn't be a problem. Stay far far away!!!!!

They’re not a scam. I got my passport on time and they were always responsive to my emails. What would help their business is for them to clearly communicate they are not with the US Dept of State and to have a phone number where you can talk to an actual person.

This is a SCAM company!😡 I paid $198 and wasted my time for over 3 weeks BUT get nothing done with my passport renewal!🤬 the phone number this company uses isn’t correct to anyone (because they’re scammers!) give me my money back😡! I have to do it again and paid about $150, but with the right way! I didn’t do it with this SCAM company myself and felt something wasn’t right from the start but I believe in the person that did it for me. Don’t let this SCAM company take your money and info everyone! I learned a lesson and my wish is that this SCAM company will be SHUT DOWN and GONE SOON!!
This company is deceptive. Their website made it appear that they were handling the WHOLE passport cost which was not true at all! It wasn't until they received my payment of $198 that I was informed that I would still have to pay the US Postal Service for everything. If effect, this company basically took my $198 for filling out a form on their website that I could have filled out at the post office. Furthermore, three days after using my credit card, it was used fraudulently by someone so I needed to stop payment and get assigned a new credit card. It was a very bad experience using this company! After complaining to this company, they responded quickly and refunded me the $198. With that in mind I'm changing my rating from one star to three stars.
