I use this company to renew my passport not only did they not process it correctly. They had a problem with the photo they made me redo the photo a couple of times ended up having to print the photo myself then had it returned because the photo was unacceptable. This company is no good. I’ve used other companies in the past with no problems. I ended up having to cancel my trip to China losing out on a great experience as well as some nonrefundable payments horrible, horrible, horrible company.
I thought that using Entry LLC's Passport Renewal Assistance Service would speed up the passport renewal process. In fact, it did the opposite. I waited 3 weeks to receive the completed DS-82 form from Entry LLC and then had to redo it on the State Dept. website because it was missing some key information. I then had to get a printed passport photo despite having uploaded an "acceptable" photograph to the Entry LLC site. And the prepared mailing envelope from Entry LLC was labeled Expedited, which was going to mean the US government fee would be higher than the $130 fee I was told I would pay. I abandoned the Entry LLC Ready-to-Mail kit entirely and sent my re-done DS-82 and photograph from the Post Office using the normal Post Office service. Having sent my application on June 4th, I had my new passport in hand on June 13th, and my old, cancelled passport arrived on June 19th.
They were very helpfull and very fast with the processing!

Please do not waste your time or money on the so called expedited Entry Passport service. Paid my ridiculous fee and was told they were running behind sending out kits. You do not need a kit, you can do all of this on your own. You can expedite through the Gov website, I made the mistake of paying them basically for nothing, they did not file it for me.
DO NOT USE ENTRY LLC: This service is not necessary at all. Just go to the legitimate US Dept. of State to complete your online passport renewal process. This service charged me for services not rendered - i.e.: shipping charges not used since my Passport Renewal Kit was never shipped - but remained in their Puerto Rico facility, if there was ever a "kit"!!!! I received my completed application via PDF file - which should have been forwarded to me when I completed the application on Entry's site. But I was given the run-around for 2 additional weeks waiting for this imaginary "Kit" to be picked up by UPS. Again DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They will take advantage of you!
This company does not provide any useful service. For a cost of approximately $200 (before US GOV processing costs) your application has not commenced. You will still need to go through an official US GOV site as well as pay an additional $130 application fee. In short if you use the US site you will get your passport much sooner and save yourself $200 fees to Entry for no discernable service. After two weeks of no progress nor updates I requested a refund.

For foreign users, at first, you can be confused thinking this is an official governamental institution and enrol even paying the fee thinking that you are paying for the VISA (similar value). This is a point of opportunity for them to improve and make a less threatening approaching to users making clear in different languages this is about brokerage services. after hiring consciously, you can take some value but I will write another review only when my VISA is grantted and if right first time without consuming more time than I expect (on top of the form population, and two presencial appointments scheduled).

No working phone number, my live chat messages still stay I’m waiting on an agent - that was 3 days ago. No email response. I paid $800+ for a 3-4 day expedited passport but have questions about my itinerary because I’m traveling by private boat and only have the Captain’s log. No one is responding so I’m canceling my application and stopping payment to my cc.
