It really was an amazing experience. I met so many cool people that were so nice and welcoming. I loved what we got to learn and that we actually got hands on experience and got to go to the nymc and practice on the dummies. The only thing I felt was off was the organization the first day. I know some people were saying they didn’t know where to go and was with the wrong group but it all worked out by the end of the day. The schedules weren’t on time, they were like an hour off. But besides that I had a great time and am so glad I was able to go.

I really enjoyed attending Envision's Intensive Law & Trial program! I learned a lot about the legal system, got to hear from an admissions officer for Stanford University, and made many new friends. I would absolutely recommend this program for anyone thinking about a career in the legal field!

If you like science (and blood >:D), you'll love this camp!!! (Not real blood.)
I had an amazing time when I went to the Envision Stem camp. It had the perfect mix of being serious and challenging, and being able to let loose and just have fun. The blood stain analysis and sheep pluck (heart and lungs) allowed me to learn more about forensics, and how bodies actually work without having to just sit through a lecture. You'll get to meet many people who you'll bond with and talk to even after camp ends.
I don't wanna spoil the rest of the fun, so that's all I'll tell you about the activities, learn about the rest when you/your child comes to camp!
P.S: Extended day doesn't cost that much relatively, and extended day/dorm campers get extra perks regular scholars don't get.

I really enjoyed the CIA experience. Envision did a great job and the other students were great and I made nice friends. My only criticism is that I wish the program included more actual hands on cooking time and less lectures, or, the program should be longer than just 5 days.

The teachers were experts at their academic and social craft
The teachers really were masters of h the their craft and did their best to support each student on their own unique journey. But I felt like some units where left out do to poor time management. But it was an amazing experience!

My daughter had a great time and learned a lot from the program. However, the food was not good at all. She used to buy food from out side which costed more money. Also, her roommate was not cooperative at all. She used to use her phone and blow dryer at 12:00 am and my daughter shared some of her concerns with the counselor and nothing happened

It was really entertaining and a great learning experience but I feel that the days felt very tight and there was little time for rest or getting ready to sleep. By the end of the week I was physically exhausted and my body ached a lot. Other than that though I had an amazing time!!

We chose this program because of the opportunity it offered our daughter. Overall, the academic experience was positive, but the first day of check-in left our family questioning whether the organization behind the program matched I what we read on the website.
Parents were instructed that check-in would take place between around noon til 4:00 p.m., creating the expectation that students could arrive throughout that window and begin settling into their dorms. In reality, rooms were not available until approximately 3:00 p.m. As a result, roughly 150 students and their families spent hours waiting in a crowded lobby with little communication about what to expect when 3p arrived.
What made the situation especially frustrating was that it appeared to have a straightforward solution. Students could have been checked in as they arrived and then called or lined up in smaller groups once rooms became available, rather than having everyone wait only to form one long line at the same time.
More disappointing than the logistical issues was the response from staff. When concerns were raised, the feedback felt dismissive rather than empathetic. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience, an apology, or clear communication about the plan would have gone a long way toward reassuring families. Instead, many parents were left feeling that their concerns were not fully heard.
As parents, the first day is when we are placing our trust in the adults who will be responsible for our children over the next nine days. When that first impression is marked by disorganization and poor communication, it naturally creates anxiety about the experience to come.
Fortunately, the remainder of the program was stronger than the first day, and our daughter had a rewarding experience.

Envision is just way too expensive for what you’re getting. The camp gets you to come there by saying “you’re smart and you should come to the camp” if you were nominated. All we did was spend 3k to do things we could have done at home. For the engineering we only built a 3d printed robot we could have bought for $20 and make stupid base to live in on Minecraft for the habitat project. The Minecraft base making was he highlight of the whole week for the presentation!? I could do that at home for crying out loud!!! We got sheep blood to drop on paper, studied a picture of a crime scene on a projector, and made foot prints on biofoam to study criminology which really wasn’t as much as I was expecting to do. They were unorganized and couldn’t find the brushes for 1 type of powder when it came to the finger print analysis. They found the brushes, eventually, realized the powder was toxic, and didn’t give it to us. The medicine part was better because we got to dissect a sheep’s lung and do wilderness survival. They used a YouTube video for the instructions for wilderness survival!? Can you at least explain it to me in person?! I could pull up that YouTube video and learn how to save Jimmy when he falls off a cliff! That’s what I paid 3k for. To watch a YouTube video. They bought $30 fake skin and needles to teach us how doctors do surgery which was fine if we don’t consider the fact they were cheap and didn’t give us the full skin but cut one of them up and gave the parts to 3 people. I’m paying 3k to get $10 worth of fake skin! AT LEAST GIVE ME THE WHOLE THING! CAN YOU GUYS SPARE $20!? No they can’t because this camp is a gold mine for WorldStrides. The friends I made at camp though were very nice. We all were mad that we got ripped off. All of us were very similar and nice to one another which I really enjoyed. They were some of the best friends I made which I appreciated a lot. The staff was also pretty nice. They cared about us and gave us lunch even though there was a flood warning. In addition we went to Starbucks with our teacher. Our scholar assistant bought us all snacks at the vending machine. The people were nice but the program was a gold mine for WorkdStrides.

Throughout my time with Envision I developed strong relationships with both my advisors/staff and other student participants that I have indefinitely changed and helped me grow as an individual immensely. While being a great opportunity to meet others, the experience was valuably educational with each and every given course overview. At first the process altogether was overwhelming; however, after completing the program I found so much takeaway. Apart from the experience itself specifically the setting where the Law and Trial Intensive took place was immaculate and well thought out.

My experience at with Envision Experience at Stanford Unversity was truly unforgettable.
