It was pretty fun for the most part. I just wish we had a little bit more downtime, and didn’t spent pretty much the whole time with our firms. Maybe if hall time was like an hour longer, or even just being allowed in our rooms during lunch. Quite a bit of the lectures I felt like I didn’t gain much from. Although some of the stanford lectures by professors were good for the most part. I would give it a 2/5 for value for money. It would also be a good idea to allow the students to explore the campus. Basically the whole time I felt restricted to just the law school and dining hall.

My student did not learn much from this program, but at no fault of the program. She had previous attended a program near our home that covered most of what was offered through this program. If your student has no healthcare education, I highly recommend this. We wish we had enrolled her in the advanced health sciences program. It was a great experience to learn about college life. The advisors were helpful and kind.

The staff was very fun and interactive. I learned a-lot from actual professors at Stanford University. I also got to explore California when my mother signed me out. Very much worth my money.

This was truly a great experience for my daughter who will be an incoming senior this year. It provided her more wisdom and helped her in deciding further her career path, especially since she will be applying for colleges soon.
The communication and the staff is great. They are very warm and friendly, and my daughter only provided positive feedback regarding her stay at the internship. Shout out to Sye and Simone, who always insured that my daughter was safe and checked in and out of the dorms when we would pick her up for dinner.

Really intense work, kind of a marathon but worth it

Group time was fairly well-planned
Staff was excellent and really knowledgeable
Living quality is maybe low for the price, dorms weren’t always clean and had roaches/no air conditioning/only four showers per floor section (but they’re old buildings so it makes sense)
Areas that you could go on campus/free time were very limited, bring what you need cause you cannot go get it and DoorDash is pretty unreliable and expensive
Overall really engaging, a lot of hard work that prepares you well for college and gives good mock trial experience

I loved this experience and honestly I got the opportunity to meet other ppl from all over the countries and I really do miss them all. Hopefully I get the opportunity to go again and visit it. My son had a great time at the NYLF Pathways to Stem camp. He came home every day telling me about the new things he learned and the new friends he made. He even enjoyed dissecting the heart when before the experience he thought he was not going to enjoy it. He asked me if he can do it again next year.

Perfectly planned daily schedule! Campbell university had a great suite set up that allowed for privacy yet giving the comfort of not being alone. My daughter rated the Food and activities as AMAZING!
