Incredible customer service from Anna. Baby Carrier arrived in time and even helped sort out a newsletter signup discount glitch without any hassle. Highly recommend the carrier too (omni deluxe in linen)! The linen i personally like more than the mesh version as just feels like a bit nicer fabric so softer for bubs while still being breathable
