What people say

Fareodaddy is a company of total deception...

When I spoke to Amy today, after she told me that I wasn't going to get the booking that I paid for just minutes before, but in fact, was going to have to pay over $500 more for round trip tickets for two, when I had already paid $610 online, I was genuinely angry. She also told me that what I saw as an American Airline flight was really a bus transfer from South Bend to O'Hare in Chicago. No, Amy, it said nothing about being a bus transfer; in fact, it said that it was AA #6568 (unless, of course, this isn't a real flight #). She would not let me cancel, even though she said the flight that I booked was Sold Out, and this is for a flight will take place 5 months from now. I don't trust the Fareodaddy website, so buyer, beware. Go with a reputable company, even if it means you have to pay a little more. At least you'll know it from the start.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam, they offer great prices and then they call you saying your return flight is not garaunteed unless you pay extra cash. do not use this site do not fall into there trap. They also claim your purchase is not refundable like it states in the confirmation email of having 24 hours to do so. Please contact your stste attorney general office if they scam you!!!!

After purchasing my ticket

After purchasing my ticket. I received a phone call saying the flight was full and I needed to upgrade in order to keep my flight. There was empty seats on the plane and the upgrade was no different than the original ticket. This place is a scam and they steal money from innocent people. They should have their license revoked. Lying scammers.

Fare daddy is a lying ripoff!!!

Amy Shelton and Faredaddy RIPPED ME OFF!!! Amy told me very specifically, when I made my original reservations for a round trip ticket from Spain to the United States, I was being booked for premium economy.... I repeat, premium economy, only to show up at the airport in Madrid to find out that I was booked on an economy flight coming and going at a much cheaper rate than what I paid Faredaddy according to United Airlines. Because I have a really really bad set of knees I need to have additional leg space which is why I pay the extra for premium economy. So instead of having a premium economy reservation going to the United States I had to pay an additional 400 euros approximately $450 to by myself up to premium economy. Don't use FareDaddy. They lie and they overcharge.

I would give it a negative 0 if I could…

I would give it a negative 0 if I could it’s a scam and very misleading they show you a discounted price then contact you within an hour and say they are overbooked and charges almost double and states there are no refunds and even put me on a different carrier as I am a disabled veteran that suffers from PTSD at the highest level and must travel with someone at all times especially my husband and the crook agent had the nerve to say we have to split y’all up and he catch the next flight I want a f””king refund Scam please do not use this business I now know my rep was Amy Shelton a total joke I called the following day and she have yet to return my call to follow up and it now 7/20/26 I spoke another rep(make) Josh or Justin lied about assisting as well So unprofessional and disgrace

Refreshing, Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable of the entire process from beginning to end.

The customer service provided to me by Mr. Noah Parker made the whole experience comfortable as I have never done this before. Mr. Parker was professional, courteous and patient while working me through the entire process. I am grateful that I received him on the other end of the call. He was professional, knowledgeable and well informed to walk me through the process. He made a challenge experience and very rewarding and comforting one. So glad he was the agent to assist me and my sibling to arrange this most-important travel plans to attend my niece's receiving her Doctorate Degree in Provo, UT. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!!

I spoke with Amy Shelton after…

I spoke with Amy Shelton after reviewing my booking to make sure everything was in order for my trip. I noticed the date of birth on the email did not match my drivers license, She was most helpful in correcting this issue at no charge. I am truly great-full of her quick response to this issue. I will definettly reccomend Fareodaddy to other people when they speak about traveling in the future.
