The delivery was very fast. The wheels shipped from California to Montreal in 24 hours cleraing customs. They arrived via DHL EXPRESS, they were very well packaged and protected. The box came in with no dents or gauges. I have ridden the wheels 500km and they ride like a dream in cross-winds.

There was a sense that the whole buying and shipping experience was handled by people just dealing with me and my order. I had questions about hub options and installation that were quickly answered. The shipping was changed to a different option then I chose w/ no cost, but a better shipping option. Great customer service.
Jeff, thank you for your purchase and review! Enjoy the new wheels and welcome to #teamFFWD!
Had a very nice chat session with Kyle??? He was helpful selecting a wheelset that would meet my needs. Ordered and shipped the same day. Less than a week from order to delivery to the east coast.
Thank you for your review and business Ken, we hope you enjoy the new wheels!
Awesome website with very details of products. I purchased the Raw 44. The process and research is all there. Very well layout and easy to understand. I accidentally got the SRAM 10/11 spd hub, emailed FFWD of needing SRAM XDR hub. FFWD replied and sent the proper hub overnight with return label for exchange hub. This and all the emails received is the details to customer support you get. My main reason I went with this company. Thanks
Thank you for your business and review Anthony, enjoy the RAW44's!
Outstanding products, and customer service
We appreciate your business and review Jay, thank you!
Chat/customer service was great, order arrived on time. The RYOT 55 240 EXP wheels are beautiful and fast. Installed on Pinarello F5. Rode them first time today along Atlantic Ocean beach (Long Island) with a fair amount of crosswind. Performed way better than expected. Very pleased so far. If you’re considering FFWD, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.
Jan, thank you for your business and review, enjoy the RYOT55's and welcome to #teamFFWD!

Totally love the new wheels, faster than my 8-year-old set of Roval wheels on my 2019 S-Works Tarmac. Price was excellent, package arrived -w- the new FFWD wheels packed in a paddy wheel bag wrapped in bubble wrap, in a heavy-duty box. Who could ask for more.
Thank you for your business and review Michael, enjoy the new F4R's and welcome to #teamFFWD!

Your website pricing is "confusing"!! My goal was to buy the brand new 2024 RAW44 wheelset. At the start of Mar: $2500 - [15%+5%] = $2000 Mar 18: $2299 discounted to $1839 Apr 10: $2737: shock to see $500-$800 price jump Apr 11: $2737 - 10% FFWDnl10 = $2461.50 Apr 12: $2500 - USA website? $2500 to $1999 **** at this price, I brought these wheels online Apr 22: $1999 - the straight price without discounts
Hi Floyd, thanks for your purchase and review. ffwdusa.com is the US website for US based customers. ffwdwheels.com (where the FFWDnl10 and price of $2737 (Euro price converted to USD) is listed) is for EU and global customers where market representation is not available. We apologize for any confusion, if you have any additional questions please contact us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.
The website is very easy to navigate and use. The communication throughout the process was excellent. The shipping was fast. Overall this was a very good experience.
We appreciate your business and review Michael, enjoy the new wheels!
