Five Lakes assisted not only me but one of my friends & she suggested them to me and they were able to basically, "come to the rescue". I am quite happy with how my resolution turned out. I do not recommend debt consolidation. I have been in the program since March 2025 and my credit score is dismal. It lowered 200 points. I have been paying $800 a month since October towards a $10K settlement and I am only halfway there. That's $8K paid and only $5K applied. I have not heard from Five Lakes since October when they made the settlement. The only good thing about them is they do answer/respond when you call.
