Lydia was my Debt Specialist and she was absolute fantastic at explaining what Accredited/Five Lakes could do to help me get out of the minimum payment cycle that I have been in. She was empathetic and talked about her own experience and truly listened. When I got on the telephone with her, I had a negative feeling about using a service such as this and I only wanted to talk about a debt consolidation loan, but she convinced me that this is not like bankruptcy and that I will be paying what I owe back just not all the interest. I am really hopeful for the first time in a while of becoming debt free and having the financial freedom to hopefully one day retire.
